Wow wow wow this workshop was fantastic……
In this workshop Lisa covered things I knew, things I had forgotten and things I had never thought of.
Thru my Cancer diagnoses 22+ years ago and again 3 years ago I learnt how important breathing is but had never known the square technique – so simple and effective.
Going to choose some of the key words and leave some post it notes around to remind myself the importance of intentions, and start taking notes of my water intake the 3 things I might be thankful for at the end of each day. Most importantly after this difficult time of Covid with working from home I need to create a distinctive process of switching off and finishing work as this is something I had not even realised I was doing – checking the emails almost 24/7.
I am so glad I did this workshop and have it to refer back to anytime to remind myself of the importance of life which we all take for granted so easily…..
