Hi, I’m Lisa

I am a Vodder-trained and certified manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) therapist with over 20 years’ experience in lymphatic therapy. I have been involved in lipoedema advocacy for more than ten years and am a current board member of Lipoedema Australia.  My clinic is in Brookvale, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I also offer online consultations and coaching sessions.

I work predominantly with Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I also offer Craniosacral Therapy and combine techniques for the best outcome. I’m a fully-qualified Intuitive Mentor and offer treatment in person or via Zoom.

While hands-on treatment is why clients seek me out, I use intuitive tools to look at the emotional, mental and spiritual issues bubbling away in the background, so that a session is much more than just a physical massage.

I’m a fully-qualified Intuitive Mentor.

This gives me an even more in-depth understanding of the hidden reasons behind your physical pain and disease – the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects that we are not aware of.

I’ve been working with manual lymphatic drainage since 2006 and craniosacral therapy since 2007. I’ve treated lymphoedema from many causes, lipoedema, auto-immune diseases, chronic conditions such as sinus, and worked with clients post cosmetic surgery.

The people seeking out my craniosacral work have changed over the years and while I still use it to treat chronic conditions like migraines and headaches, I’ve seen a shift with people coming to work on their nervous system and emotional/mental imbalances.

Walking into The Oasis, you instantly feel held, heard, and supported.

This is no ordinary clinic – it is a place of deep healing and transformation, where you are empowered to take control of your own process to health and joy.

The room is filled with crystals, energy sprays, healing books, and tools, which instantly creates a feeling of safety, of being held, and most importantly of being heard.

I regularly speak at cancer support groups and the Encore Programme (which has now been discontinued), where I present on lymphatic self-maintenance post cancer treatment.

I have presented at Lipoedema Australia Conferences in 2018, 2022, 2024 and 2025, and served on their Advisory Board from January 2023 to December 2025,  moving to the main Board in 2025. I host a lipoedema gathering on the Northern Beaches of Sydney every three months.

I attend a monthly Women’s Cancer Support Group and manage their website and  social media pages : Active Women Cancer Support Group FB page.

I regularly give talks to the group on lymphoedema and chemical-free living.

I am an Admin on the Living with Lymphoedema Australia & New Zealand FB group.

I qualified as a mentor with the Raise Foundation in 2021 and mentored with them until 2023.
